Job Description
OMF serves customers in the transactional banking and lending products space. This role will put you right at the centre of ensuring that we are listening and engaging with our OMF customers to create strong relationships and drive business value. You will work with the peers from Data teams, Product Teams and Marketing to ensure that we deliver a consistent message to our customers across their life time with OMF. You are directly responsible for overseeing Customer campaigns from planning to execution, with the help of the broader OMF campaign execution team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in campaigns management and execution in a fast paced banking space. The candidate will have a real passion for customer and excel at relationship building and influencing.
- This role will execute on direct marketing campaigns for OMF products, as well as managing the campaign execution team
- Overall responsibility for campaign plan, building and execution of campaign management (Concept- Design Build Testing Execution- Reporting).
- Executes Customer Life Cycle Management campaigns from account opening to account closure
- Analyses customer data to understand where customers are in their lifecycle and execute customer campaign plans based on their lifecycle
- Manage initiatives, campaigns and stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure timeous landing of campaigns and projects
- Analyzing sales performance campaign data and provide insights
- Monitor the performance of campaign channels and create reports and dashboards to guide broader performance campaign sales and lifecycle management activities.
- Generates and tests hypotheses and provides actionable and measurable insights
- Identify and develop plans for the formation and structuring of campaign data
- Educate and inform CLM Team as to the nature of data availability and traceability through the data management system, and ensure access is appropriate to maintain customer data integrity and compliance
- Continuously monitor and seek to improve upon standards to ensure data is governed and managed at best practice standards
- Custodian of the Customer Lifecycle Management policies, processes and procedures
Related Marketing Qualification
2-4-year direct marketing experience
Banking Direct Marketing Work Experience (Essential)
Experience with Managing a team (Essential)
Knowledge of marketing principles (Essential)
Knowledge of marketing & communication processes (Essential)
Experience in direct marketing tools such as Everlytic and JumpStart (Essential)
