Job Description

This role is responsible for co creating, ideating, and executing customer communications, engagement & correspondence strategy (Operational communications, Business as usual communications, Legal correspondences, Sales, Retention, Cross sell & Upsell campaigns).

DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for strategy, building and execution of campaign management (Concept -> Design -> Build -> Testing -> Execution). Executions of SMS, Email and Push Notification (In-App) customer life cycle communication. Creation and/or participation in customer communication content creation. Participates in the campaign planning via pre-campaign data extractions. Manages the data integrity of the campaign extraction toolset, including quality checks, capability testing and data signoff. Responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders and channel personnel.

Analysis

Assess and analyse client key performance indicators to optimise and improve profitability

Identifies, develops and executes engagement and retention initiatives to drive maximum customer utilisation of product

Executes Customer Life Cycle Management strategies end to end.

Project Management

Manage initiatives, campaigns, and stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure timeous landing of campaigns and projects.

Proficiencies
  • Knowledge of Communication CRMs (Everlytic or similar)
  • Excel
  • Content creation and campaign design experience
  • Campaign Management (Concept Design Build Testing Execution Reporting & Measuring)

Minimum Qualifications/Experience (required For The Job)
  • Matric
  • Marketing / relevant business degree
  • Minimum of 3- 5 years relevant experience in a Financial Services company in Campaign/Correspondence/Engagement & content writing.
  • HTML coding experience
Additional Qualifications/Experience (preferred, Not a Requirement)
  • Experience in working in the Agile methodology.
  • Agile certification/training preferred.
