Junior Campaign Specialist - DURBANVILLE

Our Client seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Campaign Specialist with a focus on paid campaigns to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Campaign Support: Assist in the development and implementation of paid marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media ads, and other paid channels.
  • Ad Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Campaign Management: Monitor and manage daily campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimise results and ensure alignment with KPIs.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximising ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective creative, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team and stakeholders.
  • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid campaigns. Internship experience will be considered.
  • Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and paid advertising tactics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills.
