The Key Purpose of this role is the execution & management of all Trade Marketing & Marketing campaigns to be executed including but not limited to the following platforms: Trade (activity in all COT POCs serviced by SAB Sales Force), eCommerce, Digital Transformation Platforms (BEES: digital promotions, digital rewards, digital comms), Digital Platform Marketing & Audience Management (including customer segmentation).
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage, guide and coach relevant stakeholders through the steps and stage gates to ensure Campaigns / Trade schemes / channel initiatives are meticulously scoped in terms of timing
- Agile projects are developed to ensure the delivery of key process steps
- Campaigns are delivered On Time & In Full to respective platforms and include all necessary documentation to ensure successful execution by relevant stakeholders. Documentation & Process will include campaign reaches, timing, kit compositions, final plans & supporting tools (i.e. digital comms)
- Campaigns are tracked on a weekly basis for implementation against planned targets
- Training of brand & other stakeholders on process, process steps and consequence management
- Work with stakeholders to develop detailed campaign CPA and process steps to achieve the break dates
- Where appropriate adjust and modify the (critical path analysis) CPA for issues arising
- Provide updates to Marketing & Trade Marketing Stakeholders to identify critical decisions that need to be made and propose choices to minimize business risk
- Ensure adherence to all governance principles, policies, procedures and methodologies.
- Ensure that each process step takes place as intended (at appropriate time with appropriate key stakeholders).
- Ensure that action steps are taken in line with agreed timelines and responsibilities.
- Manage Agile campaign projects using CPA to an extent, communicate risks to critical decision makers timeously
- Manage planning for timeous delivery and risks
- Prepare reports on progress, status and performance per quarter per campaign
- Performance tracking on in market activations, development of report and management of weekly social systems
- Reach co-ordination to ensure regions have sufficient campaign details to plan capacity
- 3-year Business Degree
- 5 years+ relevant commercial experience, including experience of best practice Sales, Marketing and Customer marketing in a FMCG environment
- Evidence of outstanding coaching and consulting skills
