A Leading, Well Established Legal Firm based in Bellville, Cape Town is looking for a dynamic Candidate Attorney/Article Clerk to join their highly successful team.

- Have the ability to communicate effectively in English and Afrikaans (3rd Additional Language would be advantageous) with a wide range of staff and clients
Conditions:
- Right of appearance
- Wide-ranging knowledge of and interest in Personal Injury, Road Accident Fund (RAF) and Medical Negligence Litigation
- Completed LLB (or Similar Tertiary Education) or to be completed by the end of 2015
- Willingness and ability to travel – Own vehicle and valid Divers’ License is essential
Duties and responsibilities:
- Closely assist Professional Assistants and Directors with preparation of court files and drafting and interpreting legal documents
- Working directly with clients to develop and maintain great client relationships
- Conducting research and investigations to ensure success rate of matters and profitability
- Specialising in Personal Injuries, Road Accident Fund (RAF) and Medical Negligence Litigation, our small-to-medium organisation offers Articles of Clerkship with vast room for growth to a Candidate Attorney whom hunger to obtain optimum practical exposure and valuable learning experiences.
