I am a very keen bodybuilder so discipline is part of my nature and a skill which I have internalized to help me in other endeavors also. I also have good interpersonal skills and get on well with those around me, thus I am able to follow instructions as well as give instructions in a clear and concise manner to subordinates. As a bodybuilder I am by nature able to plan ahead and set targets. E.g. what is the weight or definition I want to gain. I thus need to monitor and evaluate my progress, two skills which is essential in the workplace today. Due to the sport I am participating in I also need to be able to set realistic timeframes, a skill which I have internalized very well as part of my lifestyle.
