People would always say they didn't need to buy anything but just because of my kindness, friendliness and me just being me they had to come and buy. I think a smile the acknowledgement and the 'Goodday Sir/Mam how can i help you? ' for a customer is more Appreciated. They would rather past the stores nearby with the staff that has no customer service and buy where they are welcomed and their needs are met.
