Date: 23/02/2022 I am a 48 year old retrenched HR Manager. I have been retrenched since 2019 and am unable to find alternative employment as an HR Manager. I received my Code 14 driver's license in November of 2021 but am still waiting to receive the actual card. I am in the process of getting my PrDP but they need the license card to process me and there is a backlog concerning the issuing of these cards. The website also recently crashed and no one can now make appointments or enquire on the status of their licenses. I used to be a code 14 driver in the SADF in 1993, but unfortunately have no other experience. I will not lie here; I am desperate to find employment - HR or Driver, it does not matter. If I work in this country, I would like to stay close to home which is in Meyerton, but I am willing to relocate if necessary. If I can get a job abroad, I am willing to go anywhere.

I'm looking for a general work/ kitchen staff, I'm a hard worker, i can work under pressure, I'm prepared to go extra mile, I good in Soccer, I'm Gospel Choir member. I'm now in 6 months contract which ends in March 2022, (youth development programme) Teacher Assistant.

I did worked for few constructions,working as general worker so I did many duties because Im a hands on kinda person and very determined. And I also worked as a store man that's where I was also delivering material and tools from site to site, an managing time because the store needs to be always opened for labors to get what they might be in need of.Thats where I've realized that driving is my thing because I was able to punctual always and also working after hours even the extra shift like on weekends.

I'm an Excavator, Front End Loader, TLB operator and tipper truck driver

I worked at an open pit mine for 3 years as a plant operator, so I have knowledge working with convoy belts, crushers. Scrubbing and screening of material. Worked a little at the cleaning of water plant and also at the DMS (Danse medium separation) plant. After losing the job I went to school to do a high certificate in information system engineering where I got the knowledge of computer literacy in a more advanced way. I have an N3 certificate in electrical engineering and lastly I know a little about safety because I didn’t a SAMTRAC CERTIFICATE, so for me anything that get me a job in all the skills I’ve mentioned I would be grateful.

I have trained as Electrician Artisan at sasol in (2007-2009), and have level 4 certificate, i have work partime as a contractor and haven't found a permanent Job yet, but im looking forward of being semi skill/assistant electrician so that i could have more experience in this field.
