Offering information and basic counseling support to service users and their families. Liaising with, and making referrals to other agencies e. g SASSA, Home Affairs etc. Participating in multidisciplinary teams and meetings, Maintaining accurate record and preparing reports to the Department of social development Participating in trainings Deals with administration. Facilitate support group and Debriefing sessions. Organising fund raising events. I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I'm passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done.
