Canteen Chef-Sandton

Chef needed for Canteen in Sandton. Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant chef experience. Must be able to coordinate and manage complete kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Must be proficient in all types of food delivery. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems, food cost and stock management. Candidates will be expected to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Hours are 7am to 18h00 Monday to Friday. Salary R 10000 - 12000 K gross.
