The Opportunity
An Exciting opportunity exists within WCHN Major Capital Projectsto join us as Lead Capital Project Manager in a 12 month full- time contract.
The Lead, Capital Project Manager Is Responsible For
- Strategic facilities planning advice,
- End to end project management of projects and provide relocation planning and delivery. This includes leading the delivery of comprehensive project management plans, and associated planning frameworks, briefs and documents, to ensure that all critical time, cost, quality and risk considerations are addressed during project implementation.
- Conducting extensive and complex consultation and negotiations with a highly diverse range of stakeholders to meet the project deliverables and objectives. This includes leading the delivery of comprehensive project management plans, and associated planning frameworks, briefs and documents, to ensure that all critical time, cost, quality and risk considerations are addressed during project implementation.
- Developing project briefs, prepare reports, identify costs, outputs, outcomes and timeframes for projects relevant to WCHN Engineering and Capital Projects.
- Performing a variety of independent duties involved in the establishment of policy, procedure, standards and projects across WCHN.
- Managing the project planning and delivery of the WCHN Sustainment upgrade related projects, which includes establishing and maintaining effective internal and external stakeholder relationships, developing operational frameworks to successfully implement the capital works packages, the relocation of departments and implementation of new services.
