JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional customer service
Provide accurate and timeous information to customers
Ensure all bookings and special requests are met
Check-outs, check-ins, vehicle exchanges etc
Deliveries and collections
Daily administrational duties
Investigating and resolving queries
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Matric or equivalent
Unendorsed code 08/10 driver’s license
Proficient in English (speak, read, write)
