- Offering guidance in compiling relevant documents and educate on resume building, interview skills, and professionalism
- Conducts mock interviews and job search workshops
- Understands the career preferences and concerns and informs of befitting and profitable careers
- Assists in developing effective strategies for career growth and ensure sufficient succession planning in the organisation
- Coordinates with academic faculty to help students make career choices, creating talent pipeline depth
- Assisting in developing long-term career plans in line with succession planning and talent management
- Ensures employees are directed to therapy sessions and medical help, if needed
- Guides learners in determining their interests and abilities, using a wide range of methods, such as aptitude assessments, interviews and planning materials
- Counsells individual learners, working with them to aid in the development of both hard and soft skills
- Conduct trainings, workshops, lectures, presentations, and other events to develop career planning and employability skills
- Maintains regular contacts with Business Units or departments leads for new job opportunities
- Visiting schools and colleges to conduct career development programs
- Conducts career awareness events including promoting the academy at job fairs
- Executes outreach programs to promote career services
- Conducts mock interviews to help clients/students/employees with interview preparations
- Enrolling potential student to skill-building workshops
- Researches and analyzes current employment trends in various industries
- Maintains a database of student academic and employment records
- Trend analyses on career development in conjunction with succession planning
- Determines company needs for leadership development, succession planning, career management, interpersonal skills and communication training.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Industrial Psychology or a related field
- License in Counselling is mandatory
- Registered psychometrist
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- BPO experience preferable
