Camps Bay Village consists of 52 self-catering apartments all within walking distance to the beach.
About The Position
As a property manager you will be responsible for the full oversight of our portfolio of apartments. The role will involve but are not limited to:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the property.
- Ensuring a high level of standard is maintained in our service/product delivery
- continuously.
- Ensuring we maintain and/or lift the standards of all apartments.
- Key role in the HR, Financial and Health and Safety management of the property in conjunction with each department head.
- Deliver on set out targets for the position and to the owner.
- Team management and an oversight of the various departments.
To succeed in this role, you need:
- Previous experience in Property Management or a similar role and in the hospitality industry
- A pro-active and entrepreneurial mindset
- Matric qualification
- Hospitality qualification (advantageous)
- Opera (advantageous) or similar PMS system
