Job responsibilities:
- Manage general duties of a caretaker: make sure the building is well kept and maintained properly.
- To assist in rental collection.
- To maintain access control.
- To be the tenant liaison for maintenance queries and rental queries and report back to head office.
Job requirements:
- Individual to start immediately.
- Previous experience is a must.
- Relevant skills.
