Core Description
Develop and increase the carrier and global market solutions. Implement solutions as designed and planned. mprove Customer value propositions across the service delivery value chain required to deliver the end-to-end Carrier and Global Development customer value propositions.
Job Responsibilities
- Grow the carrier & global revenue portfolio
- Understand the Customer Strategy and Objectives for driving Carrier and Global Market Solutions
- Manage existing programmes and partners, as well as to proactively identify gaps and opportunities across the Marketing Mix
- Develop and Implement Customer Value Propositions and/or solutions across the Carrier and Global Market Solutions, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Understand market dynamics/ trends and competitor activities, its impact on the Openserve segments and align / review and implement activities accordingly
- Draw and maintain product roadmaps to ensure that Openserve is ahead of market trends
- Oversee and manage the entire product lifecycle for the Carrier & Global portfolio Interpret business plan, conduct planning sessions and execute to reach BP goals.
- Along with the business development specialist, draw and execute the go-to-market plans for each proposition.
- Conduct post implementation review for every product/proposition, taking necessary remedial steps if performance targets are not met.

Education
- NQF 6: 3 year Diploma/ National Diploma in Business/Commerce or Marketing/Sales
- OR NQF 4: Grade 12 and relevant modular training
- 5 Years relevant experience
- OR 7 years experience
Special Requirements
- Valid Drivers license
- Willing to work long hours
- Willing to travel
