Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide Great Customer Service by processing Customer orders according to SOP
- Maintain speed of service
- Process payment types accurately according to SOP
- Educate Customers about current promotions and drive sales
- Increase ticket averages by upselling or suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain the Cleanliness and Hygiene of the counter service areas according to SOP
- Maintain FOH Stock according to SOP
- National Senior Certificate (preferred)
- Senior Certificate (required)
- Well-developed Literacy skills
- Well-developed Numeracy skills
- One years experience as a retail cashier (QSR environment preferred)
