Communicate with patients, client and staff on a daily basis
Dealing with patient complaints
Coordinate the front of house service team
Assist with the distribution and collection of menu cards from patients
Check trays for correct orders before serving patients their meals
Respect patient confidentiality at all times and avoid disclosure of any information regarding the patient identity, medical condition or other related details
Ensure that the ward kitchenettes are kept clean at all times
