CDP commis chef is needed to assist the sous chefs and head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen in Stellenbosch.
Job requirements:
- You are required to show great attention to detail and have the ability to work to a high standard under pressure.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be a team player.
- Ability to manage and organise a section hygienically, efficiently and cost effectively.
- Have good knowledge of COSHH, health, safety and hygiene regulations.
- You will be required to supervise junior members of the kitchen team.
- To be able to work alongside the head chef and sous chef in growing the business.
- Own transport essential.
- Includes Weekends.
