Looking for a dynamic and energetic Centre Manager to run a Christian Conference facility and Wedding Venue with 14 rooms ensuite and several function halls. This individual will have the ability and know how to generate business and grow the centre. They will already have a client data base and have access to corporate clients and government.
Requirements:
-Must be a committed Christian
-Must have strong marketing skills and willing to do aggressive marketing and able to come up with a multi-pronged annual marketing proposal
-Must already have an existing client database
-Must be able to manage a social marketing portfolio
-Must have a Driver's Licence
-Must own a vehicle
-Must be Computer literate
-Must be able to prepare progress reports
-Must be able to work on a commission basis
-Must be able to manage auxillary staff (housekeeping, maintenance, outdoor etc)
-Must be willing to live on the property (2 bedroomed house provided)
-Must be able to handle all matters pertaining to the Centre (employees, maintenance, sales, purchases etc)
-Must be ready to start work immediately
