Centurion: TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (SOLAR INDUSTRY)
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional individual (preferably male)
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English (fully proficient)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Sales Qualification preferred
-2 to 5 years working experience in the Solar industry
-Strong sales skills
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Good people’s skills
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Technical Sales of Solar equipment, products and services
-Support sales of solar power systems and related products and services to solar installers, developers, and property owners.
-Evaluate the customer’s energy needs, available space, shading issues, electrical service limitations, and aesthetic concerns to arrive at a suitable recommendation for the solar electric system size and configuration, where needed.
-Identify, isolate and overcome customer concerns and objections.
-Fully understand the proposed equipment options and suitability for the project site.
-Interface with in-house and contracted engineering firms to supply any details required for completion of full construction documentation.
-Assist customers via phone and e-mail, where needed, for system start up and commissioning.
-Support the company in assuring customer satisfaction.
-Attend company meetings, attend seminars, host trainings and perform other product and related functions as needed.
-Assist where needed in the shop or warehouse as per manager and directors instructions.
Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant experience
