- Report compilation: weekly / monthly
- Stock take: yearly and bi-yearly
- “Out-Of-Stock” item/s reports
- Source suppliers
- Responsible for deliveries – late / after business hours
- SAP Purchase Orders
- SAP Manual Purchase Orders
- SAP Forecast Report
- Create pick list
- Change MRP Controller
- Run MRP
- Capacity planning
- Single orders / mass orders conversions
- PO’s
- Execute production plans
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Production Planning
- Productivity / Production Management
- Quality control / management skills

- Understanding Quality Tools and Concepts
- Understanding Statistical Quality and Process Control
SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREDS:

QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
- CSCM – (not critical, beneficial)
- CPIM – (non-negotiable)
- Diploma in Production Management (NQF 5) / Operations Management (NQF 6)
