You contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisational culture strategies and the management of change in support of the organisations strategic and operational plans. You collaborate with others to support a programme of continuous organisational performance improvement designed to ensure Tiger Brands achieves its ambition of delivering winning performance.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work closely with the Culture, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Manager to facilitate, manage and execute Culture, Change Management and D&I programmes and drive their alignment to the business strategy
- Design and execute initiatives to embed the Tiger Culture, Values and Behaviours
- Design a common enterprise-wide Change Management methodology, guidelines, principles and knowledge repositories
- Design and deliver an Employee Engagement programme, including researching, analysing and designing solutions to monitor and improve engagement
- Develop Group implementation plans, collateral, toolkits to influence and support delivery of Culture and Change in the organisation
- Develop Group EE plan and D&I initiatives, implement, track and achieve milestones (this includes Gender Equity, Disability Management, and Multi-Generational Diversity)
- Build capability of leaders in the organisation, People and Organisational Effectiveness Managers and HR Operations to execute Culture, Change Management and D&I programmes in their business areas.
- Employment Equity Compliance Reporting (SET; Department of Labour submission; and BBBEE)
- Drive KPI and Metrics as they apply to Culture, Change, D&I and EE for governance dashboard or scorecard
- Successful implementation of key change and culture initiatives
- Drive Employee Engagement
- Change readiness of leaders
WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE TABLE
Key attributes and competencies
- Subject matter expertise with deep knowledge on Change Management, Culture and Employee Engagement concepts and practices
- Coaching and facilitation skills with an ability to steer development processes and lead people to solutions
- Analytical skills with an ability to analyse org. effectiveness and derive appropriate solutions from it
- Communication skills with an ability to convey a vision and clear messages to different target groups
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or relevant field
- 8-10 years of experience in developing and implementing programmes in Change Management, Culture, training, process facilitation, coaching, or other areas aimed at strategically improving the performance of organisations and teams
- Change Management accreditation
