We are currently hiring for the position of Change Manager Specialist for a banking client. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering Change Management frameworks, interventions, and requirements across multiple Rewards Programmes. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful implementation of changes within agreed scopes, budgets, and timelines, while collaborating closely with the Business and various squads.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of working experience in Change Management and/or Project environments, demonstrating a strong track record of successful change implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Social Sciences is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Project Management or Business Management, Certified Scrum, or a Certification in Change Methodology.
