As a Change Manager Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the change management process of our business. You will lead and co-ordinate activities such as planning and implementing changes, designing and documenting processes, creating documentation and training materials. You will also be tasked with tracking timelines and monitoring status on a daily basis to ensure that all aspects of the change are being managed effectively.
Requirements
- Ensure successful implementation of Change Management principles and practices leveraging the Agile methodology in accordance with Business needs and strategic goals
- Provide expert level Change guidance to the project team in terms of process, system, tools, methods as well as communication, integration, and successful team dynamics through weekly facilitation sessions
- Integrate with diverse Stakeholders by engaging with multiple diverse groups across a spectrum of wants and needs within the Change Management role
- Facilitate the Change Management interventions/exercises required to support multiple Rewards Programmes across multiple Business Units and Divisions
- Build strong relationships though engagement and regular communication and feedback with all Stakeholders using quality metrics and project status reports as drivers
- Ensure accurate cost estimation based on coverage of client requirements and project scope
- Manage the Change budget within project scope
- Deliver Change Management exercises on target within due date, budget and according to scope and governance
- Ensure traceability of defined benefits throughout lifecycle of the Change plan and escalate any deviations
- Ensure management of scope of Change Management requirements including coverage of client requirements and based on estimations
- Manage delivery of Change Management requirements against agreed schedule
- Meet requirements by providing advice to Stakeholders on the most appropriate Change Management approach, identify Stakeholders, communicate their roles, and define the level of participation in Change Management exercises, map their communication needs and manage Stakeholder engagement strategies through the Change Management plan
- Manage each Stakeholder group actively through the Change cycle
- Conduct business Change impact across process, systems, and roles according to the Change Management plan
- Manage the Stakeholders by ensuring an understanding of the behaviors and operations and by defining strategies in the Change schedule
- Keep Stakeholders and management informed
- Ensure the Change Management process is led and supported together with the Stakeholders
- Ensure client needs are accurately captured in scope and signed off by Stakeholders
- Ensure satisfactory post implementation review and performing retrospectives/inspect & adapt sessions as required
- Ensure sufficient resource allocation to Change Management interventions and exercises
- Ensure sufficient learning material is designed, documented and approved by key Stakeholders and uploaded to the relevant learning platforms
- Develops project plans to meet corporate strategic objectives
- Performs all tasks associated with change management and planning to ensure efficient and effective project management, planning and execution of projects related to IT systems
- Ensures standards are being followed and communicate status to stakeholders
- Designs and implements automated processes that help the organization manage a large number of changes with minimal risk and human error
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Social Sciences
- Project Management or Business Management, Certified Scrum or a Certification in Change Methodology
- 7 years working experience in the Change and/or Project environment
- Strong background in process improvement and lean Six Sigma methodologies is required
- Experience in change management and/or quality improvement projects required
