Job-related Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing change on large scale strategic projects, including organizational changes, new systems implementations, and culture change.
- Experience in project management is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in oral and written English
- Strong presentation skills & self confidence in presenting to groups (classroom and virtual)
- Passion for driving change and a proven ability to influence culture at all levels
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills including clients
- Ability to apply ADKAR in change management planning and execution

The successful candidate will lead and implement change initiatives related to large scale strategic projects. Have the ability to developing project strategies and plans including stakeholder assessments, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
The candidate will create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan. Facilitating senior-level meetings is required as well as the ability to engage with all levels of the organization. Consulting and coaching to business on change management and impacted employees is key. The candidate will be responsible for the success of all change management deliverables and track and maintain these against the business case or project management stream.
