Job Requirements And Preferences
We are looking for Change Manager who knows HR processes and procedure (any country) to support an Workday transformation programme in:
- Providing change management, HR transformation and support for clients across industries to achieve their Workday initiatives
- Analyse, redesign, and implement HR systems and processes
- Project manage the benchmarking exercise and become the central point of contact between external and internal contributors
- Work in partnership with Service Line initiatives to map, analyse and improve processes
- Perform any required data quality validations to be able to enhance the output of the process
- Identify and execute any process improvements
- Track and report progress during regular meetings following up on actions through to completion
- Work closely with identified points of contact within each Service Line
- Prepare supporting presentation materials to be shared with Service Lines and Line Management
- Support the team lead to translate TS Strategy into Key Performance Indicators for measuring performance against the strategy
