EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Contract ( Initial 12 months with a high probability of extension)

Cape Town (Hybrid working model)
Alternatively Johannesburg ( Hybrid working model) with occasional travel to Cape Town
JOB OVERVIEW:
- General change management
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
- Identify potential people impacts, and risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including stakeholder and communication plan, impact management plan, training plan, and resistance management plan when required
- Development of communication utilizing various mediums
- Coaching and Training
- Development and delivery of training material and training in conjunction with the Learning and development department where required
- Assisting with training and monitoring adoption
- Assess the change impact and readiness for change initiative, identifying key barriers
- Engage with stakeholders to obtain buy-in to the change initiative
- Facilitate group sessions and discussions in workshops
- Analyze data and drafting of reports
- Proactively identify opportunities for culture and engagement interventions
- Promote the need for and benefits of change management as part of the change initiative
- Create and manage measurement systems to track the adoption and proficiency of individual changes
- Identify anticipated points of resistance and manage this to acceptance and adoption, or implement corrective action
- Culture actions to improve survey results
- Conduct as-is analysis
- Change impact assessments

NQF 7 (bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) in Change Management, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Have at least 3 - 5 years of experience as a dedicated Change Management specialist on project-driven initiatives (Business and IT programs) in large organizational multicultural contexts.
- Having experience in the development and implementation of communication and training strategies on project-driven initiatives is required.
- Coaching experience to develop management teams
- Have experience in developing training strategies for project-driven initiatives
