Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Chat Support Agent, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Respond to customers, identify customer issues, provide solutions, converse in a polite and professional manner, and perform data entry
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries
- Work with the customer in trying to find a solution to their problem
- Answer frequently asked questions and provide technical support assistance when needed
- Always provide the utmost customer service when chatting with customers/prospective customers
- At least 1 year of experience in a chat support role and/or at least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience.
- Ability to multi-task as you will be taking multiple chats at once
- Written English grammar and spelling at a C1 level
- Outstanding communication skills are a must
- Empathy and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and be articulate and professional
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered
- Ability to type at least 65 WPM.
- Ability to work independently researching information
- Must be proficient on the computer which includes being able to navigate through the web and various tools provided
- Must be motivated and sales-driven (bonus structure involved)!
