We Need
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Wool Industry
- In depth knowledge of the different wool standards
- Knowledge of warehouse functioning
- Must be able to work long hours on your feet.
- Must be able to function in a team.
- Must be able to work under pressure in order to meet production targets
- Be able to communicational in Afrikaans and English

- Quality control by ensuring that Wool are sorted according to ISO and NWGA Wool Classing Standards:
- Ensure the workplace is always clean and tidy, and ensure enactment of environmentally friendly activities in workplace
- Train new basket operators to blend wool into the bins as set out by the NWGA standards, and how to remove all contamination from wool.
- Ensure that the team adhere to the rules and regulation of health and safety.
- Ensure that his/her isle is kept clean and tidy.
- Ensure that the team adhere to the rules and regulation of health and safety.
- Ensure that PPE is worn by the sorters.
- Ad hoc duties by carrying out any other allocated tasks (e.g. sorting baskets or bales from split and straight types when needed).
