We are looking for a self-motivated, hard-working, and trustworthy individual to work in our restaurant, cosecha. This is the perfect job for someone looking to work reasonable hours and gain exposure in the kitchen.
Job responsibilities:
- You will be exposed to our casual-chic restaurant where you will learn to: Prepare dishes based on unique Latin recipes with fresh, flavourful ingredients.
- Manage junior kitchen staff and service team.
- Smoothly complete busy weekend services.
Job requirements:
- Be comfortable working at the grill and preparing sauces
- Have a professional cooking background
- Be available from 08h00 until 17h30
- Be willing and able to work every weekend
- Be effortlessly fluent in written and spoken English
- Maintain an extremely high level of cleanliness
- Have your own transportation or a means to get to/from the winery
- Have a bright, positive attitude and neat, professional appearance
- Be completely trustworthy
- Have stellar professional and personal references
- Be willing to learn and grow with the company
- The schedule for this position is from 08h00 to 17h30, five days per week. You will have two days off during each week. You will work every weekend.
