Chef-Centurion

Chef needed for new restaurant concept in Centurion. Looking for someone with knowledge of setting up a kitchen from start to finish. Must be able to create a menu, hire staff and deal with suppliers. Candidates must have 3+ years kitchen management/chef experience. Must have good all round cooking and food management skills. Must be proficient in stock management, food costing and handing off kitchen administration. Knowledge of heath and safety procedures beneficial. Salary R 8000 - 10000 K per month.
