Responsibilities:

Preparation of assigned dishes, Assist the Head chef, senior Sous Chefs and the Junior Sous Chef ensuring efficient Kitchen operations 

Preparation & portioning food, monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation & presentation

Check the cleanliness & operation of all kitchen equipment as well as areas before production runs, comply with OHSA regulations
