Chef FOH Manager-Kempton Park

Chef/FOH Manager position available with family Restaurant in Kempton Park. Looking for candidates with 4+ years kitchen management experience in an al la carte Restaurant. Must have strong knowledge of food and of general kitchen management procedures. Must be able to lead a kitchen brigade. Duties include running the pass and stock management. Successful candidate will run the kitchen and also work some front of house shifts. Looking for someone who is well spoken and presentable. Salary R 10000 - 12000K nett per month.
