Chef Kitchen Manager-Jhb North

We currently have various Chef and Kitchen Manager positions available with a variety of Restaurants in Jhb North. Looking for individuals with 4 or more years relevant experience in la carte kitchen. Applicants must have good all round cooking and general kitchen management skills. Duties will include food preparation, stock control and general kitchen administration. The positions are ideal for chefs with knowledge of food costing as well as food health & safety. Looking for serious candidates only who are ambitious and eager to grow their career as a chef. A formal qualification is beneficial but other candidates will also be considered.
