Restaurant in Woodmead/Waterfall area  is looking for a Chef/Kitchen Manager. Candidates must have 3+ years kitchen management or senior chef experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to coordinate very busy kitchen. Knowledge of food cost and stock management essential. Candidates with a formal qualification preferred. Must have contactable references. Salary depending on experience is between R 10 - 12k after deductions per month.
