The purpose of this role is to build the creative reputation of the Groupe locally and regionaly and be the voice of creativity and innovation for PGA internally and externally. In 2022 we launched a Change Vector called Love the Work. Work the Magic as part of the Open Possibilities program and you are the Exco member responsible for:
- Articulating a Passion for the product and an appreciation for the impact it can have on changing our clients businesses.
- Developing a practical implementation plan and monitoring/ measuring the impact of this change on our brands and on our clients.
- Developing an awards strategy across our creative agency brands.
- Be a key cultural ambassador, motivating and supporting the team.
- Lead, coach, drive and inspire creative teams within Groupe Product by being available to critique work to maintain consistent creative quality and produce award-winning work.
- Winning awards ,pitches and gaining client confidence as a leader who can be relied on to manage large-scale cross channel deliverables
- Lead and inspire clients and other stakeholders as to the importance of creativity as a source of competitive advantage.
- Gain local + regional PR exposure - working with agency management and local PR team. Improve client satisfaction scores through great work and client interaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase depth and breadth of creative work performed for new and existing clients, both from an understanding of our clients business and needs, but also from an knowledge of the industry, innovation and competitors.
- Independently identify opportunities to create high profile events, tier blog posts, industry articles, internal presentations, thought leadership pieces ,industry presentations and roadshows.
- Hosting of internal sessions / presentations to exco / management and staff to share best practice and to inspire creativity on a regular basis.
- 15+ years of experience.
- Has led multi market business and teams.
- Commercially astute and operationally driven.
- Fluent in English and ideally French or German as second language.
- Strong & Clear Communicator

- Ability to think fast, be decisive in decision making and have a point of view Persuasion and Negotiating
- Ability to work collaboratively on the right solutions and deliver these for our clients.
- Desire to make the complex nature of product simple and easy to convey.
