Reporting to the Board of Directors you will be responsible for implementing the Company's strategy to create shareholder value. Your leadership role also entails being ultimately responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Company's long and short-term plans.
As CEO you will also communicate on behalf of the Company to shareholders, employees, Government authorities, other stakeholders and the public. Ultimately you will be responsible for the profitability of the business and creating a vision for success.
Qualification, Skills & Experience
- Experience at the MD/CEO level essential
- Minimum of an appropriate technical bachelor's degree
- MBA is an added advantage.
- 10 years in a similar role in a manufacturing environment, with selling and commercial experience
- Highly Computer literate - Specifically in Excel as well as Word, MS Office & Outlook
- SYSPRO experience an advantageous
- BBBEE Code - working knowledge would be advantageous.
- Superior communication and written skills in English
- Excellent leadership skills
- Business and financial acumen
