Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives
- Lead the company's recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to ensure access to top talent
- Manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to support human resources operations and maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure all HR functions are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
- Oversee the company's performance management program, including providing guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and disciplinary action
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and managers
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in human resources management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant human resources laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Able to think strategically and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
