Area: Midstream Estate
Ages: Sons aged 12 years old in Grade 6 (academically strong) and 17 years old in Grade 11 (ADD and ODD)
Working hours: Mon Fri 06:30 07:30 and again from 13:30 17:30
Start date: 02 October 2023 - At least until the end of 2024
Duties: Take to school in the mornings, Collect from school, Take to extra-murals, Assist with and supervise homework, test and exam prep, Run general family errands, Grocery shopping on your behalf, Engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, Prepare meals for your children, , Occasional Babysitting and weekend work (by prior arrangement and paid at overtime). Saturday morning work during exams (paid at overtime)
Requirements: Female - 23 - 30 years old. Some form of tertiary education and/or strong tutoring experience Outgoing, open communication skills, pleasant, punctual, being able to discipline kids in a firm way.
Salary: R12000 per month plus SARS Rates (R4.64) per km
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
- Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
- Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
- Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
- Must have a clear criminal record
- Must have a passion for children
- Must have Matric
- Must have a South African ID document.
