Assist in the growth of company revenues by the development of new products.
Assist with the product certification process where required, assist with the costing and feasibility of the new products and making sur eproducts meet necessary quality and client specific requirements.
Must have strong IT skills/ be computer litereate to be able to do spreadsheets/ word processing to present all reports to management.
Must have a grade 12 with a professional chefing or Culinary Arts Diploma.
Strong Knowledge base of chocolate and confectionery.
Knowledge of research methodologies and principles. excellent written aand oral communication and presentation skills.
