Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the claims register
- Manage and process Retail claims
- Obtain and update necessary information/documents
- Complete credit document requests in line with company protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve claims and queries
- Match claims with credit notes
- Foster productive relationships with stores
- Matric with mathematics is essential.
- Any tertiary education or qualification within the financial field
- 2 years of experience in a busy Finance department
- Prior claims experience is advantageous
- Basic understanding of account reconciliations
- Able to work well under pressure and achieve monthly targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numerical aptitude for accurate calculations
- Intermediate computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
