Claims administrator required

A dynamic, fast-growing Insurance Industry related company seeks a claims administrator in Cape Town.

Job requirements:

  • To provide a comprehensive administrative service to process insurance claims submitted by clients, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Grade 12 and proficiency in English.
  • Communication in other languages would be beneficial.
  • Claims experience preferred
  • Industry related qualifications advantageous (FAIS and RE)
  • Working knowledge in excel and insurance management systems also advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are desired.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 17:00 with a 30 minute lunch break.
  • Initially a 3 month contract will be offered and if certain criteria and performance standards are met, a permanent contract will be offered.
  • Cost to Company: R7,000.00 to R12,000.00 per month (competency and experience based).
