Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Minimum 5 years short term insurance experience
- Minimum 3 years Claims experience
- Minimum 3 years Salvage process (Accident and Theft) experience
- Minimum 2 years Supervisory/Management experience
- Solid understanding of TIA claims system and claims procedures
Claims administration
Claims settlements of a complex nature
Payment approval and rejections
Operate within claims guidelines and compliance
Coach and mentor less experienced short term claims clerks
