Or client who is a Global Business working with Software Developers is looking to onboard an HR Business Partner who comes from a similar industry.

This role involves managing various HR functions as well as implementing HR policies and procedures.

You will play a critical role in employee relations, performance management and HR compliance.

• 7 years of proven HR experience
• Experience working with Software Developers
• Good understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures
• HR Certifications
• Proficiency in HRIS (e.g. BambooHR)
