Job Overview:
To oversee the cleanliness of Durban sites and its cleaners with their respective cleaning tasks. The cleaning supervisor will need to monitor the tasks of cleaners and share cleaning responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned task.
- Undertake cleaning duties
- Plan out work schedule for cleaners and update monthly shift roster
- Inspect work done by cleaners and prepare and submit daily cleanliness report.
- Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
- Identify training needs and train cleaners on service standards
- Monitor and maintain cleaning material & refreshment stock level and re-order materials
- Support the management of catering for client/internal lunches
- Prioritize and undertake day-to-day administrative duties
- National senior certificate Grade 12
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same or similar role
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience of supervising a team
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking ability
