We urgently require the services of a Client Service Consultant with a minimum of 1-2 years experience. Preference will be given to people who have worked in Property. Those who have worked with high end client portfolios can also be considered. Amongst others, you must display excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work independently and in a team; ability to multi-task without being micro- managed.
The duties amongst others; we expect the Client Service Consultant to handle incoming leads; provide efficient and effective customer service; meet monthly and annual targets; in-depth understanding of model and offering; handle dealings with clients in portfolio and be able to
drive sales through price counselling.
In return we pay between R12000 - R15 000(based on experience. Monthly commission structure also in place post probation period.
Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage.
Hours: Tuesday - to Saturday(In-house position 8-5pm).
N.B: This is a junior position.
