We are in the process of acquiring six permanent client account managers to assist in our business operations.
Job responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for company clients
- Generating ways to attract new clients
- Following up on existing and generating new leads
- Liaising with clients in order to identify their needs
- Dealing with client requests
- Ensuring that clients pay on time
- Following up on late and non-payments
- Designing marketing strategies and adverts to promote our business model
- Ensuring that network consultants are paid on time
- Communicating client agendas to management
- Maintaining a good understanding of client’s needs
- General administrative duties
- Ensuring that the company meets and maintains monthly targets.
Job requirements:
- Matric or equivalent
- Good computer literacy
- Efficiency in MS Word, Excel and knowledge of other MS Office Products
- Internet experience
- Basic accounting skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good problem solving skills
- Strong admin skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficient in English
- Basic salary and excellent commission structure offered
- The candidates will be required to complete an MS Office skills test as part of the interview process.
