Requirements
- Matric and NQF level 5 qualifications.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
- Proven experience in leveraging various marketing techniques to generate leads.
- Solid track record in B2B sales/lead generation.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM.
- Inbound and Outbound sales and marketing skills/Cold calling skills.
- Strong writing and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare initial product proposal documents.
- Good knowledge of social networks.
- Proficiency in using different systems and tools.
- Strong knowledge of company products.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Proactive, innovative, and growth mindset.
- Solution-focused, with the initiative and curiosity to continuously improve processes.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software, and other relevant sales systems and tools.
Lead Generation and Quality: Follow established marketing protocols to generate new leads, efficiently qualify leads based on their interest, utilize lead scoring and qualification criteria, and build and maintain relationships with leads through consistent communication. Stay informed on market trends and opportunities.
Proposals and Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing to develop content marketing materials, lead nurturing campaigns, and proposals or sales presentations.
Administration Oversight and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely progress reports to management on lead generation activities, track conversion rates, successes, and areas for improvement. Ensure proper updating of various software systems.
