- Supports Senior Client Executive by managing day-to-day aspects for designated accounts, including the following tasks:
- Servicing and development of IS&F clients. Responsible for all aspects of service delivery to the client with the Senior Client Executive.
- Ensure successful renewal of insurance contracts including preparing client renewal presentations, renewal meetings with client and liaison with local insurance.
- Accountability for achieving renewal, expanded & new business budgets.
- Researching, sourcing, and canvassing new business leads, prospects, expanded business & cross selling opportunities
- Liaison with placement team in respect of placement of non-financial lines policies.
- Review of policy wordings.
- Mitigate account concerns or issues encountered, address problems in a timely manner and applies judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior level colleagues.
- Develops and maintains a fluency in the Company's various service offerings to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities.
- Comply with Marsh Professional Standards
- Comply with procedures relating to errors and omissions
- Ensure compliance with acts / regulations relating to insurance
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a client facing role, preferably in Insurance or Insurance Brokerage industries is a plus
- FAIS compliant
- Diploma in Insurance or commenced studying towards AIISA an advantage
- Insurer relationships an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good command of written and spoken Afrikaans is a plus
- Proficiency knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills to resolve any outstanding issues
- Passionate about customer service and enthusiastic
- Eager to exchange, collaborate and work in a multinational network and a global company
